Disclose Payments for Reviews - FTC to Bloggers
Consumers all around the world turn to internet for seeking product information and reviews to make purchase decisions. The voices on the internet, especially the influential ones, can easily sway the consumers in a certain direction through their reviews. What if these voices are biased? What if they are actually paid to form a good or bad opinion about a product? The consumer would be left misled.
